If you're experiencing a problem with one of our products, please fill out and submit the following service request form. You may also want to check out some known Issues.          

For suggestions, or requests for improvements, please use our suggestion form.

 

When you submit your service request report, it will be entered into our database for tracking purposes.  Periodically we will post notices regarding service requests reported by our customers in the Known Issues section of this page, and tips or workarounds on the FAQ page.

The following is a list of some known issues with Info-Alert:
  • If you are installing IA after removing a previous install, please navigate to ' C:\Program Files\SQL Server ' directory and manually remove the 'mssql\infoalert' directory.  You are now ready to re-install IA.  (This may require a reboot)
