Whats New
Info-Alert ACTIONS:
Actions are functions that run after alert data is returned from your database. Actions allow you to:
Create Excel and ASCII file output
Design Email output formats Execute remote programs or Stored Procedures Design Fax output formats
Info-Alert SNAPSHOTS: Snapshots can monitor fields or groups of fields then alert you to any changes. Use it to tell you when customer credit limits are changed, a vendors balance increases more than 20%, an open order total changes, etc.
Info-Alert EVENTS: ADDITIONAL FEATURES Events can be configured to act upon the data generated in your alert. For example an alert might let us know who should be put on credit hold, then an event can actually place them on hold by updating data within your accounting system.
Configure HTML Output
Use the HTML table builder to create rich HTML output in your Actions sent to customers and vendors. Simply identify the colors and fields that you want in your table, press preview to review then publish when you like what you see.
Your table data is included in the email or fax output. This example shows an order acknowledgement that has been configured to be sent to specific customers automatically once they are entered into your system.
Automated Processing:
After you tell Info-Alert what you want it to keep track of and who you want notified it is designed to run automatically on a schedule creating alerts, actions and events as needed.
Since Info-Alert works on it's own it also keeps track of activity, alert history and exceptions that might occur while running.
